I didn't realise my motorcycle had to be restricted so I did not ride it and got it restricted as the certificate shows. It was done today. My other insurance people never picked this up so I thought I was ok to ride this bike. Can I say thank you for being so on the ball as you have picked up 2 things that my previous insurance people didn't and have saved me from breaking the law I have now corrected these errors. I would just like to congratulate H&R Insurance on providing me with the best insurance service I have ever received. When originally signing up for motorcycle insurance online, I found the pricing competitive and the process simple - most importantly there were no hidden fees, which has previously been a problem with car insurance providers.
Unfortunately, my motorbike had an engine failure and I could not afford to repair it, meaning that I had to cancel my policy. I was NOT kept on hold for many minutes, I WAS greeted by a friendly customer service representative, and my policy WAS cancelled in a timely manner without any issues whatsoever.
