In our latest Covid-19 update we are referring to the January 2021 lockdown, and in particular highlighting the increase in your duties if your property is unoccupied. Any unoccupied properties need to be inspected and maintained regularly and you must comply with your insurer unoccupied terms & conditions within your policy.
